starting with the easily transportable VG1 generator
capable of producing 60mm sparks, or our intermediate
model VG2 standing 80cm tall. For larger demonstrations
we can provide our VG3 generator with a range of customisable
options.

Model
VG1
Our
portable van de Graaff generator is supplied with
on its own or in a suitcase-style kit. The unit operates
from a standard mains supply and produces sparks up
to 60mm in length. Collecting dome size for this generator
is 180mm.

VG2
Our
modelVG2 generator provides an output voltage of around
200kV and can produce sparks in air up to around 120mm.
The generator is supplied with removeable collecting
dome and earth sphere. Collecting dome size is 250mm.

VG3
Our
floor standing 2m tall 400,000V van de Graaff generator
is ideally suited to larger venues where real stage
presence is a must. On a dry day it will produce bright
sparks up to 300mm and partially ionised discharge
over longer distances.
Collecting dome size is 500mm.
